Two gifts make a lot of people lose money, namely health and opportunity. (Reported by al-Bukhari). Use with either five things before five others: your youth before you were old; sehatmu before you were sick; kayamu before you become poor; your leisure time before you were busy; your life before you die. (Reported by al-Hakim) Although the philosophy of religion is often asked: "What health?" Does not mean that religion did not talk about "How to live a healthy life?". There is some history of Hadith that contains the teachings of healthy living. For example, the word of Allah?, "Do travel, then you're healthy." (Reported by Ahmad). "... And fasted you, then you're healthy." (Reported by ath-Thabarani). "People who sleep in a state of fat smelly hands, then he hit something, then he is not to criticize but himself." (Reported by ad-Darimi).
There is some history that shows that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam implement a healthy diet. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ate dates with cucumber. (Reported by al-Bukhari and Muslim). Prophet forbade sleeping after a meal (Abu Nuaim). Prophet advocated started breaking with dates, if not then with water. (Reported by at-Tirmidhi) Rasulullah ordered dinner though with setelapak dates. (Reported by at-Tirmidhi). There are some scholars who specifically write health teaching in Islam, such as Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah in ath-Tibb an-Nabawi. Ibn al-Maqdisi Muflih in al-? Dab ash-Syar'iyah, at length parse healthy lifestyle adopted by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam Similarly, ash-Syami in the history books Subulul-Huda wa-Rasyad, specifically writing headlines "History of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in Maintaining Health". Also, Imam al-Ghazali in Ihya 'Ulûmiddin, not infrequently alluded health wisdom-wisdom contained in the teachings of Islam. Healthy lifestyle there are three kinds: the first, doing things that are useful for health; the second, avoid the things that endanger health; the third, doing the things that can eliminate the illness. All these patterns can be found in religious arguments, either expressly or implied, specifically or generally, the medical and non medical (spiritual). Allah says: ???????? ??????????? ????? ?????????? ??????? ? ??????? ?????????????? It means: ... you eat and drink, and be not excessive. Allah loves not those who exaggerated. (Surat al-A'raf [7]: 31) According to contemporary commentators, such as-Sa'di, the verse includes a command lead a healthy lifestyle in the form of conduct and avoid, which foods are beneficial to the body, and leave a dangerous diet. Eating and drinking is very necessary to health, while superfluous should be left to maintain health. As-Sa'di also considered the prohibition of God in Sura al-Baqarah: 95, "Wala tulqû bi-tahlukah-aydîkum physical defect (and do not you drop yourself into perdition)" is a general principle which can also be used as arguments for health. A Muslim is forbidden to do things that endanger themselves, including in it is eating or doing things that are harmful to health. Physical health guidance in the religion, of course, built on a foundation of spiritual health, because religion is not a medical theories. The examples mentioned above all have a moral basis, not purely medical guidance. In view of religion, health is a natural benefit that must be maintained while not conflict with ukhrawi benefit or the benefit is greater. Health, medicine and the like it is related to public interest in view of Islam is a collective obligation (kifayah religious obligation) for Muslims. As a purely physical phenomenon, healthy and sick, arguably not directly related to religion. In view of religion, not necessarily more healthy than sick, and vice versa. Healthy and pain are two conditions that together have the potential to get good or bad label. If humans could get a reward or sin of the healthy condition, then he can also get the reward or the sin of the illness. That's where the focus is actually religious views about the healthy and sick. The rest of it, is the development of moral principles as mentioned above. Basically, religion is the health advocate, because what can be done by someone in good health more than what he can do in a state of pain. Humans can worship, jihad, preaching and building civilization well, if physical factors are in a condition conducive. Thus, physical health, indirectly, a factor which was decisive for the establishment of truth and the realization of goodness. However, the health position remains as a means, not an end. The purpose of religion is to uphold the truth and the realization of goodness itself. So, therefore, in the words of the Prophet we can easily find the sweet promises to the people who are sick: that the disease is a sin and a great reward engine. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said that people died because of abdominal pain or affected by outbreaks of CE, then he is a martyr. People who are impatient when his eyes were blind, then he gets to heaven (Bukhari), and so forth. But this can not at all mean that Islam advocated abdominal pain, sore eyes, and so on. The recommended is a steadfast and willing attitude toward destiny when such diseases attack. Therefore, the mission of religion is to invite people to make any of the conditions of his life as a means to gain favor and get closer to God, both in good health or sick, rich or poor, strong or weak, and so on. In addition, the promise of reward, can be understood as a paradigm of Islam in encouraging people who are in a miserable condition that he not be discouraged, as Islam continues to provide warnings and yellow lights for people who are in healthy condition, prosperous , so he is not complacent. Thus, it is clear that religion teaches healthy living, though behind it, which is much more emphasized by the religion is how to use his health was good for something. The best conditions that most dream about religion to people's lives is good in health. The rest of it, may disappear from the good health will be maintained, in any condition.
